Step 2: I buy the product upfront.

we negotiated a price, I sent the funds via PayPal, his team-member
bagged the loose lures using their normal bags.
Step 3: I setup a Shipstation store.
Shipstation is the most widely used order fulfillment platform online.
It integrates with our websites easily. When a tackle tester places and
order, it is automatically sent to shipstation. If you already use it,
then it is completely seemless. I'll give you a login, you will see the
orders, print labels and fulfill just like you do normally. The shipping
cost is charged to my account.
Step 4: The marketing magic happens.
Now the fun begins. The offer is positioned as "Free +
Shipping"—meaning the customer only covers the shipping and handling
cost to get your product—which they buy through one of my websites.
I setup a marketing campaign to my tackle tester group. Currently over
200,000 active anglers from all over the U.S.A.! This campaign includes many emails to
our list as well as social assets (images, videos) and a landing page my
team creates to help demonstrate the product and raise awareness of the

Step 5: You or your team fulfill the orders.

labels, and packing materials but not the postage fees. That gets
automatically charged to my account through Shipstation. Someone on your
team will login to Shipstation, print labels and fulfill just as they do
for all your regular orders. Every Saturday, I will look at the previous
weeks orders and PayPal you the amount to cover the fulfillment
costs.
And that's it! You've been paid upfront for the product. You aren't incurring any postage fees as those are going to my account. I pay you weekly for the fulfillment cost incurred during the previous week—easily trackable via Shipstation reports. That's about as low-risk a proposition as you're gonna get. In return, you'll be flooded with repeat sales to your store, word of mouth advertising from 100's of people actively using your product, lots of eyes on our social media (including paid ads). TIP: Make sure to put an offer card or sheet in with the orders to direct our testers back to your store. A modest discount with a coupon code is perfect.
